If I complete the 10 week course, I will be entitled to LIFETIME tune up work on this dog. I attest that this dog is current on all innoculations and is not carrying any communicable diseases. I swear that this dog is not a danger to anyone and I agree to hold harmless Dany Canino and/or the owners of the property where this class is held for any damage caused by my dog.
